For award-winning author & travel journalist, Tera Leigh, travel is the rule, rather than the exception. She says, "I found that when I did not travel, my senses dulled. Travel reminds me to live big, and take the chances that lead to the grand experiences of life." She brings her passion and endless spring of enthusiasm for the places she visits to the Tera-on-Travel radio show where she interviews travel industry insiders from some of her favorite destinations around the United States. Considering herself an "average every-woman", at age 42, Tera believes that her travel experiences ring true for her readers and listeners. "I am just like them," she says, "I am a regular person who walks her dogs, and has had knee surgery, so if I can kayak, or jump out of an airplane, or ride in a race car, then so can you."
